Up and running in four steps
You do not need an IT person. Most committees set up their building in an afternoon and bill the first month the same week.
The four steps
Step 1
Start your free trial
Sign up with your building's details and confirm your email.
- The trial lasts 30 days, has every feature and needs no card.
- Add flats and people one by one, or paste them from an Excel sheet.
- Choose a plan any time from Plan and billing. If no plan is paid, the trial building is locked, not deleted straight away.
Step 2
Invite your committee
Give the admin, treasurer and committee members the access they need.
- Each person is invited by email and signs in with their own account.
- Roles decide what each person can see and do, so the treasurer's tools are not open to everyone.
- Residents are invited the same way and see only their own flat.
Step 3
Bill and collect
Raise maintenance bills and record payments as they come in.
- Issue bills for every flat in one run, with the due date.
- Residents pay the building's own account, report the payment, and the treasurer confirms it.
- A receipt is issued for every confirmed payment.
Step 4
Share and track
Post notices, handle complaints and share reports with residents.
- Notices show who has read them.
- Complaints move from open to resolved where everyone can follow them.
- “Where our money went” shows residents what was collected and spent each month.
Who does what
Each person signs in with their own account and sees only what their role allows.
- Building admin
- Sets up the building, flats and people, invites everyone, and looks after the plan.
- Treasurer
- Raises bills, confirms payments, records expenses and produces reports. Two-step sign-in is required.
- Committee member
- Reads dues and flats, approves expenses, and works on notices, polls, meetings, documents and complaints.
- Caretaker
- Records payments and handles complaints on site. Two-step sign-in is required.
- Resident
- Sees their own flat's bills and receipts, reads notices, raises complaints and votes.
