LaFlaunt

Terms of Service

Last updated: 7 October 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and UniqueEyes, a sole proprietorship, 4/3428, Noorpura, Zampa Bazar, Surat, Gujarat 395003, India ("LaFlaunt", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using LaFlaunt you agree to them. We have kept them short and in plain language. How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Notice.

1. What LaFlaunt is

LaFlaunt is online software that helps a residential building's committee keep its records: flats and residents, maintenance bills, payments and receipts, expenses, notices, complaints and documents. LaFlaunt is a record-keeping tool. We do not collect, hold or transfer your building's money, and we do not give legal, tax or accounting advice.

2. Who can use it

3. Your account

4. The building's responsibilities

The building (through its committee and the people it invites) is responsible for:

Records in LaFlaunt are kept as a history: corrections are added as new entries instead of changing the past, and important actions are written to an activity log that nobody can edit.

5. Fair use

Do not:

We may suspend access that breaks these rules or puts other users at risk, and will tell you why where we can.

6. Your content

Your building owns the records and files it puts into LaFlaunt. You give us permission to store, process and display them only to provide the service to your building. We don't sell them or use them for advertising.

7. Fees

Paid plans, prices and any free trial are agreed with the building before it starts. Prices are in Indian rupees and taxes are extra where they apply. If fees are unpaid, we may suspend the building after giving notice. Suspension stops changes, but we won't delete records while the building can still settle.

8. Availability and backups

We work to keep LaFlaunt available, secure and backed up, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted or error-free. We may improve or change features; if we remove something important we will give reasonable notice.

9. Leaving LaFlaunt

A building can stop using LaFlaunt at any time. Download any reports you need first. We delete the building's records within 90 days after it leaves, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.

10. Our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, LaFlaunt is not responsible for indirect losses (such as lost profits or disputes between residents and their committee), and our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the fees the building paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer law that cannot be limited.

11. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms we will update the date at the top and, for important changes, tell building admins in advance. Continuing to use LaFlaunt after a change means you accept it.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Let's first try to sort out any problem by talking — write to us at privacy@laflaunt.com. If we can't, the courts at Surat, Gujarat will have exclusive jurisdiction.

13. Contact and grievances

Questions or complaints about the service: privacy@laflaunt.com. Our Grievance Officer is Vaziri (Founder and Grievance Officer). We acknowledge grievances within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 30 days.
