A society's accounts are only useful if everyone trusts them. These are the rules LaFlaunt follows to earn that trust.

Each building is a private workspace
Your building's records are kept apart from every other building's. Access is checked on our servers for every request, never only in your browser.
Roles decide who sees what
Admins, treasurers, committee members, caretakers and residents each see only what their role allows. A resident sees their own dues, not their neighbours'.
Two-step sign-in where it matters
Building admins, treasurers and caretakers must use two-step sign-in, because those accounts can change money records.
Financial history you can trust
Issued bills and recorded payments are not silently changed. Corrections are added as adjustments with a reason, and important actions are kept in an activity log.
Private documents stay private
Receipts and documents are shared only with the people who have permission to see them. Each file has its own visibility.
We do not hold your money
Residents pay the building's own account directly. LaFlaunt only records and confirms what the treasurer sees.
No ads and no selling of data
There are no ads, no advertising cookies and no third-party tracking in LaFlaunt, and we never sell residents' data.
Your records stay yours
Download your building's records any time while your plan is active. Account deletion is available from your account.
