Our price promise
What you see is what you pay. Here is exactly what we promise, in plain words — so there is nothing to find in the small print.
Plans run from ₹2,999 to ₹9,999 a year per building. See the full price list.
Four promises
Your renewal price is locked
When you renew the plan you are on, we never charge more than you paid last time — even if our list price goes up. If the list price comes down, you pay the lower price. A different plan costs that plan's current price.
No setup fee
There is no setup or onboarding fee. The yearly price of your plan is all there is, and the first 30 days are free.
Cancel any time, in the app
A building admin can cancel from Plan & billing. Your plan then runs to the end of the period you have paid for and simply ends. Nothing is charged, and nothing is deleted because a plan ended.
Download your records any time while your plan is active.
Your building's records are yours. You can still download them in the 7 days' grace after a plan ends and while a building is read-only. The one exception: if a free trial ends and no plan is paid, the building stays locked until a plan is paid.

One yearly price per building — never per flat
The price depends on the size band of your building, not on how many people use it. Every plan includes every feature.
No payment fees added by LaFlaunt
Residents pay your building's own UPI ID directly, and you pay LaFlaunt's invoice by UPI. We add no payment or convenience fee. Your bank's own charges, if any, may apply.
Nothing is charged automatically
We never take money from your account or card, and no card is needed, even for the free trial. You pay each invoice yourself and tell us the transaction ID. There is nothing to switch off.
No GST or VAT is added — the price shown is the price you pay.
The amount on your invoice is the plan price — nothing is added on top.
What this does not say
Our list prices for new customers can change over time. A change never raises what you pay to renew the plan you are already on. This page is a plain-language summary; the legal rules are in our Terms of Service.
